Your role has a single objective: How to attract new Employers to register with our platform and post internship opportunities to our Graduates community. You must have a natural affinity for engaging in business-related conversations and be able to invite Employers to join us. Some of your tasks: - Create a business development strategy to acquire new Employers - Contact via email or telephone these Employers, promote our platform and invite them to register - Follow up and confirm how are they finding our platform and what can you do to further assist them - Creation, maintenance of a database of contacts within specific business industries and be the key point of contact to introduce candidates to these Employers - Improvement of current sites and marketing collaterals - Working towards KPIs across a cross-functional team Share with us why you are the right candidate for this role and where/how will you add value.
